Bramble

Blackberries are just so delicious so what about a drink with it? From the 1980s The Bramble was invented by the legendary London Bartender Dick Bradsell. For this drink you will need (beside Sámara gin of course) a blackberry liqueur that could be creme de mure or Cassis.

Ingredients:

• 50ml Sámara gin
• 25ml Lemon juice
• 10ml Sugar Syrup
• 10ml Blackberry liqueur

London Dry gin

Method:

Shake the gin, lemon and sugar syrup with lots of ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Pour the liqueur over the top without mixing. Decorate with blackberries and/or lemon. Let us know your thoughts about this great drink:) This is just perfect for this time of the year, enjoy 💖💖
