Dirty Martini... or not so dirty??
So today I am learning about The Dirty Martini which is such a wonderful drink created in the 20th Century and is part of a variation of the classis recipe that we know. Apparently, it wasn’t the favourite choice among the bartenders until the drink became that popular.
This beautiful drink contains a splash of olive brine that result in that not so clear or “dirty” colour. The salty and bold after taste is so loved by many of us which is why is a must try if you like gin.
So, if you like a sutil but very nice slightly salty drink, you definitely should try this one.
