Volcano Coffee gin Martini
In collaboration with The Gin to my Tonic, we had this variation of the classic espresso Martini. Using roasted medium coffee beans from the central valley region of Costa Rica, this gin is perfect for a rather sophisticated flavour. Check out the ingredients:
- 25ml Volcano Coffee Gin
- 25ml Kaluha
- 20ml of fresh espresso coffee
- 2 dashes of vanilla bitters
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake vigorously, strain into a frozen martini glass and garnish.
